Quality Inspection and Factory Audit
Every supermarket container Toptrade ships goes through three checkpoints:
Pre-Production Sample Approval
Against the buyer's brief, including logo placement, packaging artwork, and barcode placement.
Mid-Production Inspection
On orders above $50,000, with photo evidence of factory line setup, raw material verification, and in-process defects.
Pre-Shipment AQL 2.5 Inspection
On every container, with downloadable inspection report and packaging photos before the container loads.
Factory audits run annually for any supplier that ships a Toptrade order. We use third-party inspectors based in Yiwu, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, and Shantou. Audit reports include fire safety, social compliance, and production capacity verification. Sample audit reports available on request.
